The property consists of: 570 units untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 36 units untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products; and 141 units flavor enhancers. The property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2 and 22974.3 on July 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. from Anji Alyounan, DBA: Arrow Plaza Market, located at 9755 Arrow Rte. Ste. A-C Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.
