TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 35 packs of Montego Menthol Gold 100's, flavor ban cigarettes, 658 units of nicotine vape, disposable devices, untaxed and flavor ban tobacco products, 689 units of other tobacco products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products, 246 units of other tobacco products, various brands, flavor ban tobacco products, 159 units nicotine vape, various brands, disposable devices ,flavor ban tobacco products, 9 units of zero nicotine flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. Cannabis products were also seized that consist of 16 units of starter kit, Stiiizy brand, universal cannabis symbol violation, and 15 units, hemp cigarettes - unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code 34016 on August 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. from Aura Tobacco DBA Aura Tobacco, located at 11924 Bernardo Plaza Dr., San Diego, CA 92128.
