The property consists of 7,152 units of other tobacco products, 651 units of untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products, 440 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products and 1,128 units of flavor ban flavor enhancer products; 154,624 units of Cannabis Universal Symbol Packaging violation; 35,282 grams of flower; 549 units (157 units of THC vapes, 225 units of edibles, and 167 units of other cannabis products) of various cannabis or cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on January 08, 2026, at 5:45 p.m. from, Mohamed Saleh Akhoon Et Al, DBA: 424 Avalon, located at 15324 S.
