The property consists of 1,460 grams of cannabis flower and 459 units of cannabis products from an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 34016, on March 16, 2026, at 10:35 a.m. from Loris G. Mourkos, DBA: B.M.C. Bakersfield Medicinal Center/BMC, located at 126 Chester Ave., Bakersfield, CA 93301.
