This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2, 22978.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 34016, on July 27, 2026, at 11:59 a.m. from Alan's Smoke & Vape, Inc, DBA: Balboa Smoke & Vape at 5621 Balboa Ave. San Diego, CA 92111-2705.
