The property consists of 443 units of various other tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products, and 261 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, on December 17, 2025, at 12:18 p.m. from SLMR, Inc., DBA: Bargain Cigarette, located at 1669 Lander Ave., Turlock, CA 95380-6236.
