The property consists of 12 packs of various brands cigarettes, flavor ban cigarettes, non-MSA, unstamped cigarettes; 179 units of various brands of nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 80 units of various brands of other tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 316 units of various brands of flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 540 grams of unbranded cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business; eight units of various brands of cannabis vape, unlicensed cannabis business; three units of various brands of cannabis edibles, unlicensed cannabis business; 133 units of various brands of other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 24 units of cannabis universal symbol, bags, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016 on April 29, 2026, at 3:25 p.m. from Harris Trade Inc, DBA: Bay Area Smoke Shop, located at 1109 S. King Rd., San Jose, CA 95122-2144.
