The property consists of 43 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products and 57 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers, 5,124 grams of cannabis flower and 1,189 units of cannabis products from an unlicensed cannabis business and 1,517 units of universal cannabis symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant of Business Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on May 22, 2025, at 11:25 a.m. from Cristian O Loza Buenrostro, DBA: Big Happy Smoke Shop, located at 4708 Stine Rd., Bakersfield, CA 93313.
