The property consists of 130 units of various other tobacco products, 19 units of various nicotine vapes, flavor ban tobacco products, and 90 units of various enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 on February 18, 2026, at 11:20 a.m. from Dhesi Gas & Food Inc, DBA: Bizzy Bee Gas & Food Mart, located at 5205 E. Kings Canyon Rd., Fresno, CA 93727-4028.
