The property consists of 472 units of flavor ban tobacco products; 132 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers; and 10 packs of Wild Hemp Smokes, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on June 12, 2025, at 3:05 p.m. from Phung Petroleum Corp., DBA: B & K located at 27 S Park Victoria Dr., Milpitas, CA 95035-5719.
