The property consists of 4 packs of unstamped, non-MSA cigarettes, 3 packs of unstamped, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes, 1 pack of unstamped flavor ban cigarettes, 14 units of flavor ban tobacco products, and 421 units of cannabis universal symbol violation bags. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 34016 on August 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. from Bros Discount, Groceries and More, Inc., DBA: Bros Discount Groceries and More located at 301 Taft Hwy., Bakersfield, CA 93307.
