The property consists 78 packs of various brand cigarettes, unstamped/out-of-state stamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 2,728 units of other tobacco products, various brands, various types, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 472 units of flavor enhancer products, various brands, various types, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 190 grams of unbranded cannabis flower and leaves, 394 units of cannabis products, various brands, various types, unlicensed cannabis business; and 470 units of commercial packaging, bags, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on July 30, 2025, at 7:15 p.m., from Fichi Corp, DBA: Broncos Den, located at 2336 El Camino Real Ste. A, Santa Clara, CA 95050-4059.
