The property consists of 111 packs of various brand cigarettes, unstamped cigarettes, flavor ban cigarettes; 1,207 units of other tobacco products and nicotine vape products, various brands, various types, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 865 units of flavor enhancer products, various brands, various types, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 10 units of commercial packaging, bags, cannabis universal symbol violation; 58 units of THC vapes and other cannabis products; various types, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on December 15, 2025, at 2:25 p.m., from Brothers Smoke & Fashion LLC, DBA: Brothers Smoke & Fashion, located at 540 S. Norfolk St., San Mateo, CA 94401-3015.
