The property consists of 26 packs of various cigarette brands, unstamped / flavor ban; 14 packs of various cigarette brands, unstamped / non-MSA / flavor ban; 17 packs of various cigarette brands, unstamped/duty-free/ non-MSA;. 35 units of various untaxed other tobacco products; 667 units of various untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products; 18 units of various untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products; 474 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2 and 22974.3, on May 12, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. from Bunny Smokeshop and Tobacco Inc DBA: Bunny Smokeshop and Tobacco, located at 225 W. Anaheim St., Wilmington, CA 90744-4418.
