The property consists of 126 units of untaxed nicotine and tobacco products, 1,037 units of various cannabis products, 1,962 grams of cannabis leaves, and 10,110 grams of cannabis flower – unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 on April 18, 2025, at 12:39 p.m. from Jeremy Brown, Et Al, DBA: Burning Trees Finest, located at 2288 Firestone Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90002-1546.
