The property consists 70 packs of Camel crush brand cigarettes, unstamped, flavored ban cigarettes; 76 units of other tobacco products, various brands, various types, flavor ban tobacco product; 1,283 units other tobacco products, various brands, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 46 units of nicotine vape products, various brands, flavor ban tobacco products; 1,995 units nicotine vape products, various brands, various types, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 817 units of flavor enhancer products, various brands, various types, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 1,644 grams of unbranded cannabis flowers, unlicensed cannabis business; 120 grams of unbranded cannabis leaves, unlicensed cannabis business; 135 units of THC vape products, various brands, various types, unlicensed cannabis business; 46 units edible cannabis products, various brands, various types, unlicensed cannabis business; 130 units of other cannabis products, various brands, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on July 30, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. from Amran Abdulla Mohamed, DBA: California Cigar and More, located at 1056 Kiely Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95051-4812.
