This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on July 24, 2026, at 3:02 p.m. from Yahia Murshed, DBA: Cali Smoke Shop Champlain, located at 1097 E. Champlain Dr., Fresno, CA 93720-4223.
