The property consists of: 373 units of flavor ban tobacco products, 648 units untaxed and flavor ban tobacco products; 160 units of flavor ban nicotine vape products; 402 units untaxed and flavor ban nicotine vape products; 434 units of flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and 22974.3 on February 25, 2026, at 1:55 p.m. from CL Smoke Shop LLC, DBA: Canyon Lake Smoke Shop, located at 31582 Railroad Canyon Rd, Canyon Lake, CA 92587-9472.
