The property consists of 11 units of various flavor ban nicotine vape products, 35 units of various flavor ban tobacco products, 115 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers, and 15 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on May 13, 2025, at 3:40 p.m. from Kichken LLC, DBA: Capitol General Store, located at 1017 2nd St., Sacramento, CA 95814-3201.
