The property consists of: 224 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 63 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products; 952 units of flavor enhancers; 94 units of other cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business; and 314 units of cannabis universal symbol violations. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 34016 on June 8, 2026, at 1:55 p.m. from Cathedral City Smoke Shop & Vape DBA: Cathedral City Smoke Shop & Vape, located at 68100 Ramon Rd Ste A3, Cathedral City, CA 92234-3389
