The property consists of 247 units of flavor enhancers, 217 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products, 223 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products, 33 packs of flavor ban cigarettes, and 14 units of various cannabis products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 34016 on June 8, 2026, at 11:15 AM from Bashar Aljamal, DBA CC Smoke Shop located at, 27800 Landau Blvd, STE B-105, Cathedral City, CA 92234-5888.
