This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.2, on February 6, 2025, at 4:10 p.m. from Abel Franco Ibarra, Et Al, dba: Central Herbs, located at 7900 S. Central Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90001-3318.
