TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of 37,559 grams and 4,165 units of various brands cannabis and cannabis products; and 106 units of untaxed other tobacco products; 30 units of untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products; and 9 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on August 20, 2026, at 8:40 p.m. from Abel Franco Ibarra ET AL, DBA: Central Herbs, located at 7900 S. Central Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90001-3318.
