The property consists of 12 packs of unstamped/AZ and NY stamped flavor ban cigarettes; 7 packs of Montego brand cigarettes, flavor ban cigarettes; and 39 units of untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on February 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. from Chester Liquor Inc, DBA: Chester Liquor, located at 2443 N. Chester Ave., Ste. 10, Bakersfield, CA 93308-1715.
