TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC: 42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of two packs of unstamped Newport brand cigarettes, seven packs of Newport brand out-of-state stamped cigarettes, 24 grams of cannabis flower, 51 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business, and 2,793 units of commercial packaging bags, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016 on September 9, 2024, at 2:26 p.m. from S&K Global LLC, DBA: Cigarettes 4 Less located at 2167 Lovebridge Rd., Pittsburg, CA 94565-5019.
