The property consists of 1,282 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 391 units of flavor ban tobacco products; and 741 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on October 8, 2025, at 12:15 p.m. from S & R Tobacco Enterprises Inc, DBA: Cigarettes City at 659 N Broadway, Escondido CA 92025-1801.
