TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of: 40 packs of unstamped and flavor ban cigarettes; 20 packs of unstamped, non-MSA, and flavor ban cigarettes; 6 packs of unstamped and non-MSA cigarettes; 31 packs of unstamped and flavor ban cigarettes; 49 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers; 159 units of untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products; 1,596 units of flavor ban tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436, on April 18, 2025, at 11:20 a.m. from Hesham A. Al-Montser, DBA: Cigarettes Snacks and More, located at 4182 N. 1st St., Ste. 102, Fresno, CA 93726.
