The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 18 packs of unstamped, non-MSA, Missouri stamped, flavor ban cigarettes, 98 packs of unstamped, Missouri stamped, flavor ban cigarettes, 72 packs of unstamped flavor ban cigarettes, 5 packs of flavor ban cigarettes, and 25 units of flavor ban tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Sections 22974, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436 on July 15, 2025, at 11:45 a.m. from BBN Store, Inc, DBA: Cigarette World 4 located at 13043 Stockdale Hwy., Unit 300, Bakersfield, CA 93314-9765.
