The property consists of 10 packs of Timeless Time brand cigarettes, non-MSA; 13 packs of flavor ban cigarettes; 36 packs of unstamped/out-of-state stamped cigarettes; 2,033 units of untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products; 694 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers; 23 units of untaxed tobacco products; and 346 various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016 on January 9, 2025, at 11:06 a.m. from Ameen H. Ali Salem Abobakr, DBA: Cigars Plus, located at 1339 Linda Mar Shopping Ctr., Pacifica, CA 94404.
