The property consists of: 52 packs of U.S. Tax Exempt unstamped flavor ban cigarettes; 277 packs of flavor ban cigarettes; 267 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 206 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products; 144 units of flavor enhancers; 4 grams of cannabis flower; 9 units of cannabis edibles; and 33 units of other cannabis products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2; 22980.6; 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code 30416 on May 12, 2026, at 2:00pm from Khaled M. Elmoghrabi DBA: Cig Palm, located at 42335 Washington St Ste D Palm Desert, CA 92211-8031.
