This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2 on March 13, 2026, at 11:05 a.m. from BJ Khela Market and Petroleum, Inc., DBA: Circle D Food and Liquor, located at 2520 E. Olive Ave., Fresno, CA 93701-1217.
