The property consists of 84 units of Looseleaf brand tobacco products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products and 185 units of various flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2 and 22974.3 on March 11, 2026, at 11:26 a.m. from P&B Grewal Inc DBA: CJ Liquor, located at 4949 Stevenson Blvd., Ste Q, Fremont, CA 94538,
