The property consists of: 104 units untaxed various flavor ban tobacco products; 33 units various untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products; 23 units various flavor ban flavor enhancers; and 98 units various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on April 30, 2026, at 2:40 p.m. from Two Moes, Inc DBA: Cloud 530 Smoke Shop, located at 175 Cohasset Rd., Ste 2, Chico, CA 95926-2269.
