The property consists of six packs of Marlboro brand, unstamped, out-of-state Virginia stamped, flavor ban cigarettes; one pack of Camel brand, unstamped, flavor ban, non-MSA cigarettes; 836 units of other untaxed tobacco products; 830 units of various, untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products; seven units of various untaxed nicotine vape tobacco products; 703 units of various untaxed, flavor ban nicotine tobacco products; and 781 of units various flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code 30436, on January 23, 2026, at 8:10 p.m. from Abdulraqeb M. Saeed, DBA: Cloudy Cave located at 4653 Pacific Ave., Stockton, CA 95207-7605.
