The property consists of 368 units various other tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 217 units various flavor enhancer, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 230 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 32 units of commercial packaging, bags, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30416 on February 5, 2025, at 11:40 a.m. from Abdulnasser M. Alomari, DBA: Cloudz Smokeshop, located at 2668 Monterey Hwy., Unit 160, San Jose, CA 95111.
