TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of: 420 master cases (21,000 cartons or 4,200,000 sticks) of unstamped, untaxed cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Profession Code Section 22974.3, on December 15, 2025, from Commodity Cables, LLC, at 301 E Ocean Blvd, Ste 900, Long Beach, CA 90802.
