TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 3 packs Seneca Menthol brand cigarettes, unstamped, Missouri stamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 2 packs Newport Menthol brand cigarettes, unstamped flavor ban cigarettes; 57 units various untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products; 312 units various flavor tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; and 725 units various tobacco flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 32 units various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 1,069 units commercial packaging, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on December 17, 2025, at 10:15 a.m. from Cali Discount & Smoke Shop 5, DBA Cookyz Smoke Shop, located at 333 Lander Ave., Turlock, CA 95380-5323.
