The property consists of: 7 units untaxed tobacco products; 1,546 units untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 306 units flavor ban flavor enhancers; 202 packs unstamped, Virginia stamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 49 packs unstamped cigarettes; 58 packs unstamped, Virginia stamped, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes; 10 packs unstamped, non-MSA cigarettes; 7 packs unstamped, non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes; 12 packs unstamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 658 grams of cannabis flower and 133 units cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016, on February 18, 2026, at 11:50 A.M. from Townline Mart Inc DBA: C-Town Mini Mart located at 2550 Seminary Avenue, Oakland, CA 94605-1365.
