The property consists of 2,654 grams of cannabis flower, unbranded; and 1,063 units of various cannabis products from an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on March 16, 2026, at 3:48 p.m., from Da Nugget, DBA: Da Nugget/Green Nug/The Green Nugget, located at 2300 Niles Street, Bakersfield, California 93306-4022.
