The property consists of 4,699 grams of cannabis flower and 738 units of cannabis products from an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on May 22, 2025, at 2:47 p.m. from Da Nugget, DBA: Da Nugget/Green Nug/The Green Nugget, located at 2300 Niles St., Bakersfield, CA 93306-4022.
