The property consists of 8 grams of Curevana brand cannabis flower and 137 units of various brands of cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business and 310 units of various commercial packaging, bags/boxes, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on November 26, 2024, at 10:20 a.m. from Dave's Oxnard Smoke Shop, Inc., DBA: Dave's Oxnard Smoke Shop, located at 200 S. Ventura Rd., #290, Oxnard, CA 93030-5277.
