This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on March 12, 2026, at 12:25 p.m. from Daze & Night Smokeshop Inc, DBA: Daze $ Night Smokeshop, located at 414 W Capitol Expy., Ste. 10, San Jose, CA 95136-1389.
