The property consists of 766 units of various untaxed flavor ban products; 126 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers; 66 units of various cannabis or cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 521 units of cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business & Professions Code 22974.2 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code 30416, on August 20, 2025, at 9:26 a.m. from Delauer's Inc, DBA Delauer's News and Smoke Shop, located at 1412 Park St., Alameda, CA 94501-4510.
