TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of: 71 units of flavor ban tobacco products; 850 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers; 12 units of cannabis vape products at an unlicensed cannabis business; 1 unit of cannabis edible product at an unlicensed cannabis business; and 36 units of other cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on June 17, 2025, at 11:15 a.m. from Samarjit Inc., DBA: Discount Cigarettes, located at 3017 W Capitol Ave., West Sacramento CA 95691.
