The property consists of: 99 units untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 157 units untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape; 576 units taxed flavor ban tobacco products; 10 units taxed flavor ban nicotine vape; 2,949 units flavor enhancers; 15 grams cannabis flower and 585 units cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business; 47 units cannabis universal symbol violation. The property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on January 21, 2026, at 3:10 p.m. from Parminder Singh, DBA: Discount Cigarettes Market, located at 9465 Foothill Blvd., Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.
