The property consists of: 85 units of tobacco products, various brands, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; and 172 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on February 4, 2026, at 12:28 p.m., from Quyem Arghandiwal, DBA: Discount Smoke Shop, located at 16120 Main Street, Lower Lake, California 95457.
