The property consists of: 177 units of various untaxed other tobacco products; 100 units of various untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products; 474 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape; 64 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers; 7 grams of cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business; 14 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 165 units of commercial packaging, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on May 27, 2026, at 4:47 p.m. from Manjit Singh, DBA: Discount Tobacco Store, located at 60 Lake Blvd., Redding, CA 96003-2512.
