The property consists of 426 units of untaxed tobacco products; 137 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 294 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers; 685 grams of unbranded cannabis flower and 565 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 1,113 units of various commercial packaging products, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code 22974.2 and 22974.3 on April 2, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. from Mishal Trading LLC DBA: DOPA, located at 1621 Fulton Ave., Ste 23, Sacramento, CA 95825-5103.
