The property consists of 45 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 245 units of various flavor ban tobacco products; and 305 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2 and 22974.3, on January 27, 2026, at 1:08 p.m. from 1 Stop Smokers Inc, DBA: Downtown Smokeshop, located at 30863 Road 67, Visalia, CA 93291-9304.
