The property consists of 83 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 204 units of various nicotine vape, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 400 units of various other tobacco, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; and 600 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on March 2, 2026, at 10:50 a.m. from Drip Vape & Smokes LLC, DBA: Drip Vape & Smokes LLC, located at 1200 Cirby Way Ste. G, Roseville, CA 95661-4584.
